The Gallery and Gift shop at River Safaris features the pottery of Alicia Lowe and many local and Florida artists.
A pottery studio is established on the property and all of Alicia's work is made and fired here. The work routine of a pottery studio is varied. There may be pots being "thrown" on the potter's wheel, handles being attatched, finishing of pieces, glazing (and mixing glazes) and firing. Since she works around the other details of the boat tour and rental business you never know what will be happening on the day you visit.
